Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana has released an employment notification at ecourts.gov.in for the recruitment of 51 posts of Clerk and Stenographer Grade III.

Salary:
Clerk - Rs.10300-34800 plus Grade Pay Rs.3200
Stenographer Grade III - Rs.5910-20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.2800
Age Limit : 18 to 37 years as on 1st January 2017. Relaxation will be applicable for reserve category as per instructions of the Hon'ble High Court as well as Punjab Government

Education Qualification:(a) Clerk - (i) Graduate from recognized university.
(ii) Candidate should have passed Matriculation with Punjabi as one of subjects.
(iii) Candidate must have proficiency in Computer.
( b) Stenographer(i)Graduate from recognised university.
(ii) Candidate must have English Shorthand speed of 80 wpm & Transcription speed of 20 wpm
Selection Process : For Clerk post, A Computer Proficiency Test (Word processing and spreadsheet) will be held for selection of eligible candidate. While for Stenographer post, English Shorthand test will be conducted. Only shortlisted candidates from all received applications will be called for Computer Proficiency Test & English Shorthand test
How to Apply : Candidate can submit application in prescribed proforma along with attested copies of proof of qualification, Date of birth, Category certificate & two passport size photographs to Office of the District and Session Judge, Ludhiana before 9th May 2017. Application form should be filled in Capital Letters only.
