UPSC CAPF Recruitment Notification 2017
Union Public Service Commission an employment notification for Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination 2017 to fill 179 vacancies of Assistant Commandants (Group A) in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) viz. Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force(CISF) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB).

(iv) Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) - 63 Posts
Age Limit : Minimum age limit for Assistant Commandants post is 20 years and upper age limit should be below 25 years as on 1st August 2017
Educational Qualification : Graduate Degree from a recognized university.
Application Fee : Candidates have to pay fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) which can be pay at any Branch of SBI by cash using system generated Pay-in-Slip or online using net banking facility of SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/State Bank of Hyderabad/ State Bank of Mysore/ State Bank of Patiala/State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/ Master Credit/Debit Card. No fee charges for Female/SC/ST candidates.
Selection Process : Selection will be made through a Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination 2017 which will consist of Written Examination, Physical and Medical Standards Tests and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Interview/ Personality Test. Written Examination will be held on 23rd July, 2017.
